Return and Exchange Period
For any valid reason, a customer may opt to request for a product return if the claim is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Discounted products, free gifts, and consumables cannot be returned.

Return and Exchange Conditions
If you need to initiate a return due to receiving incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective products, please contact our customer service ([email protected]) within the return and exchange period to qualify for an exchange or a full refund. We will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange. If you are returning or exchanging products due to personal subjective reasons (e.g., dislike, inappropriateness, etc.), the shipping costs will be at your expense.

● For returns due to incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective products, please provide relevant proof when applying for a return or exchange to facilitate prompt processing.
● Please include the purchase receipt when returning the product, and ensure that the item along with all original manuals, accessories, and packaging are returned intact and undamaged. In the event that the returned product is damaged or missing components, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the full purchase value based on the damaged or missing items.
● Special items (such as discounted products, free gifts, and consumables) that are not quality issues are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return and Exchange Procedure
● Contact Us: Before applying for a return or exchange, please contact us and provide the order number, reason for return or exchange, and product details.
● Confirm Return/Exchange: Our customer service team will review the information you provide, confirm eligibility for return or exchange, and process your request within 1 business day.
● Ship the Product: After confirmation, please send the product back to the address we provide. We will process the refund or exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact Larcool’s official store via email or phone to cancel the order. Once the order is successfully canceled, we will process the refund for you.

● If the product has already been shipped, a transaction fee may be charged based on the payment method.
● Our cancellation service is only available during business days and working hours. Therefore, we recommend submitting your cancellation request during working hours for a prompt response.

Exclusions
● We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or are not in new condition.
● We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been modified or altered in any way.
● We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.
